Sounds like you needed video for this one :-)
I have tons of missed shots stories -- some because I wasn't carrying
the camera, some because I wasn't
fast enough, had the wrong lens, ran out of film, batteries died, etc...
or whoever was driving the car I

Interesting thread...
My last missed opportunity was just a few weeks ago. I
was attending an adoption celebration party for my
good friends up the road from me in Nevada City.
Our friend's mother who was in town from Texas, is
suffering from cancer but was none the less on hand to
be at the

Glad you liked it Mark, it gets boring after a while though; I can't

You reminded
a picture of me with my camera (so I'd have owned a
unique, original photo by one of the legends).

$650 for one good 6x7 body with prixm, a 90LS lens, a 165/2.8 and a
second body that reportedly suffers from shutter vibration and needs
repair. But the two lenses alone are worth more than $650. Hell, I think
KEH gets that much for just the 165.

I can't believe I missed this one. I was watching ebay for new items
today. And how about the rest of you brothers? Was everyone sleeping.
Yes, it's a 67 package, and it's the deal of a lifetime. Read it and weep.

Good point.
Yeah, I'm getting much better at spotting 35mm vs MF in magazines and
prints. It is obvious even at 4X6 - the color gradation, richness and
detail are evident. It really makes it worthwhile to heft the weight
and bulk around when you get results like that.
