This is a very interesting reading!
Rob Gourley, former Winnipeger, is now with the World Bank
1. People should remember that we don't know what's happening in Kosovo/a.
We get reports from the US/NATO folks but they are clearly biased,
self-justifying. Trusting Clinton and his ilk is like quoting Milosevic as
a font of truth. Or we hear from refugees, who are notorious for
exaggeration
Wouldn't it be more to the point for Russia to send some fuel to Yugoslavia
instead of suspending all shipments as they have done so far. The Russians are
long on rhetoric and symbolism and very short on genuine military aid. The IMF
has the trump cards it seems.
