I am selling a very nice mahogany VV-XVI. It is complete and original right

The price is $450. Please email jerry.blais or call 541-990-0781 (Pacific

Hi Ray,
That sure is good stuff. I sent out another $200.00 on the Washington Model A.
This weekend, I have a phonograph for sale at the local auction. If it sells, I
can have the machine paid off quicker. Thanks again for this opportunity and
the lay away.
All the best,

Selling outstanding pre-dog Victor R (Royal) serial # 2521 that has been in my
collection for 30 years. This is a true mint 100% original phonograph.
Everything on it is in superb condition, including the 7" turntable felt,
record hold-down, wooden arm, exhibition jr. reproducer, oxidized part
One thing I always did do if I couldn't take the machine with me and that
was remove everything that would come off. Reproducer, grill, records,
crank. Everything. That way the remainder "wouldn't be so heavy on the second
trip". As Mike said, you know why.

The level of aggravation involved with selling anything is sufficiently
high that I usually just trash it instead. The general exception is if
I can eBay the item and then if its unique and/or fragile that is a pain
also as the seller is never interested in paying the actual shipping costs.

Dan,
Yep, I completely agree with you on this. I've had the same experiences
selling things to flakey buyers. It even happens when I try to give away
free things on Craigslist - Free couch - someone calls and says they are
borrowing a truck and will be over in a couple hours - they never show u
