Also, while I'm at it, I will ask a question about the docs on
get_required_files(). It says "As of PHP 4.0.1pl2..." I have yet to find a
release named 4.0.1pl2. There is no CVS tag named php_4_0_1pl2. Did someone
mean 4.0.1pl1?

In the manual, the phpcredits() function says a param (flag) MUST be passed
to the function. I have just tried with 4.1.2 and the latest snap and this
doesn't seem to be the case. Is that param optional (should I change the
docs)? It seems to default to CREDITS_ALL (i think)...

Good point.
I did this with the PHP-GTK doc's for a while until I optimised the
stylesheets enough that build times were quicker (Although it could probably
do with it again now). I had one stylesheet which would take an argument of
the id to build and it would load the entire xml file then just output that
