Hi all,
if there are no complaints, I'll delete in the next vew days all the
/reference/functions.xml files to finally activate the
automatic fallback to the English functions if there is no
translation available.

first I have to say, that I haven't deleted an translated information,
because the /reference/*/functions.xml files just include entities.
But just look back in history:
The inital reason for the file-split was to get automatically all not (yet)
translated functions into the translate
