Pedram has started to translate the manual into Persian, into a newly
created CVS module named phpdoc-fa. We already have phpdoc-fa_IR but
it's too specific, unnecessary, and never used. He sent me several
translated files and they all look good.

The fourth maintenance release of PhD 0.2, PhD 0.2.4 has been released.
This is the second release using the new doc.php.net PEAR channel which
hopefully will simplify upgrading and installing the latest PhD
versions in the future.
