The last time we were discussing about licensing and matters of that sort (check the mailing list archives), there was a concesus that Goba would be the handler of this matters (until he gets fed up and asks for someone else to volunteer ;-). That is as far as I have seen was not a broad consensus.

Just some comments. The english branch is the most up to date version of the manual. And by convention, all translations follow the same guidelines, content and licensing. Bottomline: you should not rely on possible outdated information from a translation branch, but always check against the engli
