Can anyone comment on the failure to find a two-letter artist (ie. UK)? You can change this in slimserver settings-plugins. Find the Lazy Search settings section, and you'll find options for configuring the minimum lengths for artist/album/song/keyword search. Phil

i was hunting down the log file. where is it saved, because the server crashes i can't look at http://localhost:9000/log.txt. was running with plugins debugging on. The log file is always a problem. I would suggest stopping SlimServer (should be easy by crashing it!) and starting again

Hi, Seems lazy search changed somewhere around the time it started handling accented character. I can no longer lazy search for strings with punctuation in them (such a R.E.M.). I tried both 703 and 713 (I recall one of them used to work), and both produce an empty list. Regards - Kevin --

A version of mplayer called mplayer-stdout is part of flipflip's SSODS. I think it is based on 1.0pre8 but modified to get around the missing /dev/fd devices. I believe SSODS also has a copy of lame - I'm not sure of the version. -- bpa
