Ok, make this:
sudo /usr/bin/perl -MCPAN -e'install Net::SDP'
"sudo" would run the command as the admin.
/usr/bin/perl seems to be the OSX' stock perl 5.16.2, that's fine.

although I did not yet manage to get 24/192 played, I just listen to my
music directly streamed to my pioneer SC-1223 and the sound blows me
away!! Thank you very much for your great work! Three new players for
my LMS universe, what a huge improvement!

Yes, that sounds wrong. It seems that you're using some perlbrew in the
shell, but LMS would pick /usr/bin/perl (or whatever system default).
Make sure you use the latter when inst
