An update:
I tried the plugin on a win LMS setup - my Touch appeared as an Airplay
device in Tuneblade! Then it failed to connect.Grrr!
I restarted Win LMS which then totally fell apart ... no further
progress as I uninstalled Win LMS - couldn't take the hassle of trying
to fix it.

settled now...been playing R6 for last 15mins without a single gap.

I think chunked http would confuse QoS as you don't get a continuous
stream but burst of data and then quiet for 6 secs, th

Turn QoS off and see what effect it has I would suggest. Because if it
tries to throttle your streaming audio data, it's going to make things

bit more info:
all my players are hardwired on gigabyte network. Router is ASUS RT-N66U
(very good router) passes all network tests. joggler plays bit perfect
up to 24/96 on local flac.
server does nearly nothing apart from LMS, other than when i connect to
take screen shots! it is running Bit-t

in 10 mins only dropped twice, 1st one with 20-30 second recovery, 2nd
near instance recovery.
initial start time 1-2 seconds only.
after time system becomes completely stable.
No issues at all with play back of radio, only re-buffers with live
music.

Rename the directory armv5tejl-linux to arm-linux or
arm-linux-gnueabi-thread-multi. Check the log after that as the
libraries should at least be attempted to be loaded. If not, you have a
spelling mistake in the directory.

ok, did so. And copied the content of the zip file to
/mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/logitechmediaserver-7.7.2/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/ShairTunes2W/lib/5.10/armv5tejl-linux
Now there is a subfolder for ShairTunes2W, but installations still

If under installed plugin you do not have a shairtunes2w directory it
means that it did not install probably because you have a corrupted
download. Delete the zip file in downloaded directory, reinstall but
this time wait 5 minutes at least before rebooting LMS when you're asked
