The credentials are definitely right, I can see my private playlists

Browsing and playback are two distinct components. You have to configure
the SPH plugin independently. You can get the credentials right in one
place (mysb.com - providing the menu
PS - Further to your reply, I can access your site perfectly OK from my
browser so doesn't appear to be a geo-physical thing .

When I try to activate chromecasting using the button on the Squeeze
Ctrl app, the app says it is casting but nothing happens at all on the
TV. It appears the chromecast dongle is not communicating at all with
your app.
If I use the google cast app button on the tablet it mirrors the tablet
screen

Whenever I looked Radio 4 tracks are always empty - you can create your
own menu entry with *bbc_radio_fourf

I just wanted to try the default of 15 seconds first. It didn't work.
Now changed to 3 minutes.
It started playing before 3 minutes had elapsed - and I'm still getting
dropouts. Possibly worse than earlier but my wife is now streaming
iPlayer TV.
We only have 2.8mb incoming speed.

Sorry about the confusion, the Changelog will be updated as soon as
possible. Major changes in version 2.38 include:
- The JustBoom plugin allowing easy configuration of all JustBoom sound
cards (even with an Amp stacked on top a DAC HAT)
- The Allo plugin and compatibility similarly
I don't recall changing it. I've set it to 15 seconds for now. I'll see
how that goes.

not seeing any change to menus after the above?
In terms of streaming, things are a lot better with 2 min delay and 100
buffer fullness. Both live and listen again suffer occasional
re-buffering but far less than previously.
