Cheers cpd That has allowed me to check my settings. I removed the Materials Skin reference to the repository and checked the Material skin plug wasn't running (it wasn't), closed down LMS and restarted it but I'm still getting a blank page when I go to http://127.0.0.1:9010/settings/index.html
