not report the volume level only the direction of change. I use fixed increment of 5% on the preamp. Thanks In this way I can control the Preamp through the PC which already is running XAP and has been for several years. -- barrygordon

I have not tried what you wrote but, Lets say the newvolume is at 70 and I want to lower it, I do not believe that can happen happen since it is greater than the fixedvolume ergo up will be set to 1 reaining it. -- barrygordon

the Transporter to send out the Volume Up IR command independent of whether the volume up or down button was pressed. I assume it is commanding Squeezecenter but probably not using the CLI interface so it can be the plugin. -- barrygordon

, actually lossy vs lossless would work for me now, but I am about to re-rip so the entire library will be lossless. I know there are several users with the same issue, encoded surround tracks. I will look into your suggestion re multi library. Keep up the good work. -- barrygordon

[SlimDevices: Plugins] XM radio Plugin and CLI

I am trying to use the XMradio plugin through the CLI (TCPIP) interface. If I send a radios command (radios 0 10) I do not get back the XM radio entry. I do get back Shoutcast, radioio, radiotime, lma, Live365 but not XMradio Any Help appreciated. -- barrygordon

is the master library e.g. Transpoprter playing in the Musc room through its Optical connection, but controlled from the CLI interface; and sometimes I want the albums from the sub directory D:\music\mpgmusic when I am running either player through the analog music system). Thanks -- barrygordon

are dancing up and down on the display. I can see WMADEC in the task manager list, and I have WMA to mp3 checked in the file settings. Without that checked softsqueeze get a WMA convert error Transporter plays fine, and I suspect the SB will also -- barrygordon
