When I fetch the data manually then there are hints that point to a new API which requires an API key. Maybe those hints prevent the plugin from displaying the weather. What we need is an re-written plugin. I'd donate some money. I tweaked WeatherTime to fit on a Boom's screen but my knowledge is

Since SuperDateTime was doomed because it parses Weather.com's website (and this will change whenever Weather.com's web designers or managers get new drugs) I switched to Martin Rehfeld's old WeatherTime plugin that uses only Wunderground's API. It wasn't designed for the Boom so I had to tweak it

It was the ' in the style's name. I could fix it without reentering everything by stopping Squeezeboxserver, editing /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/plugin/customclockhelper.prefs and starting Squeezeboxserver. Now the style can be exported and items can be deleted. --
