I think I was user #2 for this plugin. Actually use it at work to stream
information to customers. Just welcoming them to the store and inviting
them to ask questions. It is really great to have someone like Michael
who enjoys these little projects. It adds so much life to an already
extraordinary
I support the thinking that plugins at least should start out simple,
and if the author has time and thinks he has gotten good enough
suggestions for improvement/extensions he can implement them. Otherwise
someone else has the basic work done and can build on it, in the
direction of his/her intere

Yes, it would, but at the cost of much more complexity. It's really just a
quickly hacked together plugin I did a while ago.

Couldn't you extend the concept a little?
I remember a few years ago on my first linux box I discovered a program
called fortune. Which displayed a funny line everytime it was called.

This is a simple screensaver which will display a text file of your choice
as a screensaver. This has been around in the forums for a while. But this
is the first version featuring a configuration page to set the text file.
No need any more to edit the plugin file directly :-)
