& Javascript and logging
And there's me thinking it could be so easy :-)
Any ideas how I go about looking into this myself? Happy to be pointed
in the right direction and then set off to learn.

I doubt it for "Listen Again" as I'm guessing it won't conform to BBC
Radio formats.

On the WebGUI - in the Setting Page/Information at the bottom it gives
the path to the plugins folder. The path ending with somehting like
"with "/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins" is the one you want. The
default.opml file is
Thanks bpa, that worked a treat. My misunderstanding: I was looking for

I realised I should be looking for "default.opml". I am now fully

Strange to report that when I add the vpid data as previously said, LMS
saves the favourite as:
http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/webcast/hls/uk/high/ak/audio_event_stream_065.m3u8
I can only assume the vpid data points to that link address ..?

Thanks for the info. I'll give it a try when I'm back with my
Squeezeboxes. I'm assuming these jazz shows will be listenable live
only, or will they be Listenable Again?

In theory for the link below, the URL to use in PlayHLS would be the
part in red (up to the & if present)

Whilst I'm here, does anyone know a link to use PlayHLS for BBC radio
commentary

"pop-up station" - what a dreadful piece of BBC marketing speak. What's
wrong with the word "temporary"

Yes but you need to add the URL to either the BBCiPlayer menu.opml
(although it is a bit complicated) or if you have the playHLS plugin
installed - it will play as a Favorite
The URL is
http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/nonuk/sbr_vlow/ak/bbc_music_jazz.m3u8
Note
BBC Radio will have a pop-up station around the London jazz festival,

Older versions of the iPlayer plugin had a menu option that linked
direct to an opml file on Triodes depository.
Which would then give an additional 'Special Events' submenu
I'm guessing so that he could update it with 'specials' as they
happened.

My feeling is that "aod" is used to indicate stream supports seeks - not
sure what might happen if user presses ffwd/rew on the live stream set
as "aod".
