the file pmwiki.php. When you upgrade, the minimum of files that need to be
replaced is pmwiki.php and the files in the scripts/ directory.

I actually gave that a try before posting my question here. The pagelist does
not list anything when using that. There is definitely something odd is taking
place with my installed version of pmwiki. Looks like I need to take the time
to upgrade.
