Building out of mystuff directory fails. Building from the ports directory
works. Go figure...

Attached is a new port, games/freeblocks. FreeBlocks is a puzzle game
with similar gameplay to Tetris Attack.
Future versions will require SDL2. But there's no reason not to get this
SDL version in now.

additional patches are required to make it build with libressl.
tested with my local setup @amd64 and works fine.

With the commit to gcc from today[0] www/uget can once again build with
the base compiler. So I'd like to move it back to using it.
Special care needs to be taken for mips64* since aria2 requires C++11.
Let me know if there are other archs that need similar treatment.
