py-jupyter_core and one with py-jupyter_client, the later with a patch

iaxcomm won't build with the update to wxWidgets 3 I'm cooking. I tried

Since vmd can load different firmware files, if we want to try anything
that might be considered more disruptive, we could add regular-installable
packages (i.e. handled by pkg_add not fw_update) which users could

This configures the script (and its default configuration) to run in the
/var/www chroot.
By default, the flavour is "unsafe", which uses the existing way of
referring to /var/www/whatever.
