[update patch] yabitrot 0.3 -> 0.4

This patch updates yabitrot from 0.3 to 0.4. With the new version we also get a manpage. Since i saw there is no maintainer, i also added myself as maintainer. I tested the version on three amd64 systems checking about 200 gigs of data. Also ran it in a bhyve vm to see the case of rotten bits.
