I tied to use the bacula client package in current on an arrange pi one and it crashes as soon as the server tries to connect. My server runs stable and so is on bacula ver 7, whereas the current client is version 9. I am not sure this will work. Client on 7 should work with server on 9. Is it

As pointed out there is an openbsd wip port for zoneminder. So I tried it. I put together a spare server (x86) with the latest snapshot of openbsd and ports. Then I copied in the wip port for zoneminder and did a make build. It got right down to the build of the zoneminder code before it quit
