This brings Ulrich Kahl's ports to claws-mail-2.7.2 Other wise no changes. Libetpan has not changed. I did a port of claws-mail-vcalendar since I needed it for work. Some things needed to be fixed for it to work on OpenBSD, it has been fixed in claws' cvs but not yet re-released so pending the
