if you have no idea what SMTP AUTH is
you should better shut down the server temp
and read postfix docs about setup/config
and/or get some paid help service
come back here, post your config , ask questions,
fix your setup , turn on the server again

If you are referring to resolv.conf and associated files, then yes. All the
files in /var/spool/postfix/etc match those in /etc and the data in the those
files is correct.
