booting problem PB 150

Greetings, Since booting my PB 150 from the utilities disk to run Disk FirstAid I have been unable to boot the computer without the utilities disk. Whenever I try to start the computer, it asks for the Utilities Disk to be inserted and will not proceed beyond a flashing icon of a floppy disk. I

Generally, is the ram on the motherboard of a powerbook faster than the add-on ram? Not in hz but in the way the processor addresses it? If it is then a pb with the most onboard ram would be faster than a newer pb with, perhaps, less onboard but more in the slots. The reason for the question is

Hi, The 1400's motherboard has 16MB soldered on, so you could put in two more modules. I had another thought: Would you be able to use a desktop if you had a wireless keyboard, maybe with a trackpad built in? You wouldn't be able to insert floppies, but for surfing, that seems the best option,
