The answer ended up being quite simple. I had to change it to a .txt
file BEFORE I copied it over and PC file exchange did its magic. Then
Quick Time ignored it, and Quicken could recognize it. Up to that
point, the OS had assigned it to Quick Time exclusively, and Quicken
wouldn't see it at all.
