PB190 not booting up from fully charged battery

2001-10-27 Thread M Forrest
I have two fully charged batteries for my PB 190. While I can get my PB 190 to boot up while plugged in via the ac adapter, it refuses to boot up with either battery. I have reconditioned and fully recharged both batteries, still, no boot up. PB works fine otherwise. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well, I was so excited about having lined up a CF card, CF/SM card reader, and PCMCIA adapter, all for about $30! The adapter arrived yesterday, and the media card is on its way, and then today I get email from the eBay seller about the CF/SM card reader that it isn't available. (Which I thought

I don't love Zips, myself, but I have found all the drivers I have ever needed on the 'net and downloaded them to get around the CD issue. Well, tonight I tried to get the PB online. It does get online through my dial-up ISP that I am about to turn off in a few days, but now I can't get the

Does anybody know of a good (and cheap) source for a battery for a PB G3 Wallstreet? How much is cheap these days? Here in Japan, they run around $100 - $120 at discount stores. Local Micro-Center here (Kansas) sells them for $250! So that sounds a lot cheaper. They are all over eBay
