I believe that you need an enabler on both machines to load 7.6, or any new system. That is a little software program that may be on your cd now. However, after several experiences, be sure that you run HDSC Setup so that you update the hd driver. The system will not load if you don't and you wil

Can anyone give me a step-by-step procedure or maybe point me to any web page telling how to install OS 7.6 on a PowerBook DUO from scratch? I tried on both a Duo230 and a 280C, and both punked out on me with an error message at the same point during installation. Unfortunately, I don't have th
