IIRC, there was just a thread here a week or two ago that indicated you can
hack a DVD player into the CD-ROM casing on a 1400 and make it work (or
maybe it was a 3400, not a 1400). Am I remembering that correctly? If so,
that might be a cheaper and easier way to get to the same end result.

I am trying to reutrn from a long illness and am on a fixed income. A Pismo
woulf be modern enough to fity in with the video production classes
