Hi,
I have an odd mailbox error: a line of an attachment appears across the
mailbox listing (I cannot include a snapshot, alas, to the maillist). It
overlaps with the regular list. It is the first line of an attachment
(but never of either subject of body field). It does not disappear when

I have noticed a hang condition that plagues PowerMail on some HTML
Messages. If I click on the message to view it, the colored beach ball
appears immediately and after a requisite amount of time, I check the PM
icon in the dock. The pop-up menu says "Application not responding" and
"Force Quit" i

Try File->Database->Rebuid Index...
That has worked for me in the past. You might also try Compact Database.

don't know what 'regardless what I try' means for you, but did you try:
menubar -> powermail -> empty mail trash ?

Not quite the same, but in OSX if you control-mouse on the address there
is an option to add it to the ad
Wish list:
In any folder list of messages, I would like messages that have open
windows to be highlighted or otherwise visually distinguished from those
that don't. On a discussion list where there may be a hundred messages
with the same subject header, it would be helpful to be able to see

Hello - I'm very new here, just trying to get AOL to work with PowerMail
(or vice versa) on my new iMac before the demo runs out in a few days,
just having made the jump to Panther from an old Performa running OS 8.6.
I can read my AOL mail okay, but cannot send anything. I've got my

It should, but dbl-clicking or dragging the file on top Stuffit, or

PowerMail Info Script
Ok. I made changes in the AppleScript I posted the other day, so that
folder information is provided for subfolders and sub-subfolders. I'm
probably the only one that hates subfolders in PowerMail, but this script
includes that information for those that use subfolders. The

I was looking at the Sample Script that ships with PowerMail and was
wondering if there is a property that allows a group to be included in a
newly created message. Maybe a function?
