Or to put it yet another way... if it isn't displayed, it isn't a danger. The problem appears to happen with PowerMail attempts to show the contents of the email. When you group select emails PowerMail doesn't display any one of them, therefore rendering the defective email harmless. I fairly f

To clarify kename's response: On rare occasion, you encounter a message that causes problems when you select it. If you cannot select it, you cannot delete it. The trick is to select it as part of a group. For example, select any other message, then shift-click the offending message. Or drag a sel

So I seem to have found the offending email that always causes memory errors... entire trash deletes except for this piece of spam which has an attachment. How can I isolate it at the finder level to force delete it? I tried isolating it in its own mailbox and exporting that but no luck. any h

Yes, I just "discovered" this myself as well. I only wanted to print just page 1 of a several page html email; I pressed command P and I was waiting for the print dialog box to show up. When it did not, I pressed command P again (& again). Soon I had 3 copies of all pages! PowerMail 5.1 build 43
