DBI controls

I haven't used ctMEdit. It may be one of their older controls, the help is the old style. I recently had to remove all the ctCombo and ctDropDate controls from several forms because they were not acting very nice. Sometimes the ctDropDate would just not display and the ctCombos are a mess
