Just wondering if one of the blanks were forwarded to you, does the
PDF open okay on your system or is the file damaged?
You may have PDF files that are not useable, or it may be the recipient
is missing a font or something that the PDF reader does not have access to.

The only thing that has changed in the last 5 days is that last week, I
sent the emails with the pdf attachment via a local ISP and now it is via
Gmail.
I changed it to Gmail because the local ISP stopped the Blat process
(non-ssl) and using Gmail was the easiest way forward.

We send quite few PDFs everyday via Gmail without problem. Created with
BullZip PDF printer driver, but that should be irrelevant.
