Since Rick said all the Chapters were online - I tried it out - and I
think I know why you may not have found the other chapters. You need to
make the chapter number as "09" in

Hello Mr. MBSS,
I have no idea if the other parts of the book are available online. The
direct link to that Chapt. #10 was given in a prior message thread here
on our ProFox list - so I went directly to that link. And, it even
mentions on that webpage that you can download the sample programs from
20 matches
