I don't understand what the problem is. One simply needs to run the Pro Tools
Software Updater, follow the download links and run the installer. Its free,
it's under the same iLok license.

Actually the numpad ciommander is a VO setting. I created a hot spot but
can't remember to toggle the numpad commander on or off.
The hot spot I created is to monitor which measure is on when recording or
playback.
