Hi Chad, Once you select the audio you want to import, make sure you click “copy all” and not “add all”. After that, click done and a new popup will ask you where you want to copy the files. It should be set to the audio files folder in your project folder by default. From here click “open” and

Convert is what you use when a file is in a different file type, bit depth or sample rate then the session. The copy feature is a new thing with PT 11, so I’m not sure exactly what order the buttons need to be clicked in. I’m fumbling around like you trying to get it working right every time. Ke

The audio in your session has technically been imported into the session but not into the session's Audio Files folder. Files can exist anywhere on any drive and Pro Tools will look in the folders within which it expects to find the files. The best way to remedy the situation at this point is to
