[PyMOL] stereo image

2013-02-21 Thread Yamei Yu
Hi All, I want to generate a stereo image for a structure. I use pymol-diaplay-Stereo mode cross-eye stereo and then I ray the figure and save the figure. But previously I notice the others manually rotate the model and manually generate the figure. Is there something wrong for the first method?

Hi Yamei, There's nothing wrong with your approach. If you like the results, and they illustrate the point your trying to make, it's good. Cheers, Tsjerk On Thu, Feb 21, 2013 at 9:22 AM, Yamei Yu ymyux...@gmail.com wrote: Hi All, I want to generate a stereo image for a structure. I use

you should have no issues when you label and write out a new image file in Photoshop. HTH Cheers, -Rajintha -Original Message- From: peter hudson [mailto:peter.hudson.pe...@gmail.com] Sent: Sat 10/10/2009 2:02 PM To: pymol-users@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: [PyMOL] stereo image

[PyMOL] Stereo image labeling

2006-07-27 Thread Demirci, Hasan
I have a cross-eye stereo image generated by PYMOL. Is there an easy way of custom labeling the residues by using PYMOL ? Or should I use a photo editor program to label everything manually? Thanks. Hasan Demirci Department of Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology Biochemistry Brown University
