Hi Andreas
This is a QGIS server issue with the cache. The unique index in the
layer cache is the layer id QGIS automatically generated. If you just
copy projects and do not change the id of the layer then there is
first-come, first-served.
The solution is either:

Hey all.
I have a simple question for which I haven’t been able to find answer. Is there

Thanks for your help!

Hello Lester,
I tried converting a 3D point shapefile using save layer as +
GEOMETRY=AS_XYZ (still using QGIS 1.8).
It didn't work but I do not have much time to try again.
Joined to this mail, you'll find a table with some information about the
conversion of 3D GIS/CAD Data.
It's a rough

Hello Miguel,
There is a new feature in QGIS 2.2 Valmiera, that might interest you. It's
called relations and can be accessed by going to the project properties in
Project Project Properties Relations. This will allow 1:n relations,
this relations will be available in feature form widgets.
Hi again,
* Open the qgs files in the text editor and use find-and replace. Make
sure that the same layer id isn't used multiple times in your projects
I'm trying the method above: it works well :-)!
thanks again

Hey,
Thanks Joachim for your answer, and pardon me because I wasn’t clear enough.
I know how to print out a PDF… but the thing what I’m trying to do is to print
out a PDF-document that has preserved the same layers which have been active in
QGIS workspace. This is possible in MapInfo but I’m
Hi QGIS-Users,
I have a mapset of some 300 shapefiles.
Is it possible to maker certain changes in the layer panel to a set of
these maps instead of having to right-click them one by one?
eg: Show featurecount, sort by name, toggle editing for a (selected) set
of maps
I've tried putting them
If You use mapinfo You can save shapefile like a mapinfo file and then
save like You want.
On this moment I don't see another way. ( maybe from AutoCAD Dxf file
it's very fexible format. i've seen on web a lot of converters for dxf
to pdf)

Hi Jouko,
No - currently not.
Recently there has been discussion how one could implement this feature
- but no concrete steps taken yet. The PDF generation is done by the qt
library and it does not support layered PDFs. One idea would be to
render separate PDFs first and then combine them to a
Hello, I´m trying to add a ring into a polygon, but when I finish qgis says

I'm having a serious error I've never seen before on trying to save a large
polygon file with either 'save layer edits or on 'toggle' of my shapefile.
There are 100s of polygons within a 5000 acre tract, so I'm really hoping this
has a solution. I'm getting these errors:
