Using qgis 1.8 on Fedora 18.
I have a spatialite db with pointz values in a
table. I can display the table in qgis
without problems. If I define a query I get results in the
Result view but if I try to Load the query to qgis to
r the user to move the
mouse to any point on the map and to see the ocean depth in meters.
Is this possible with QGIS Web Client? Is there a way generally to retrieve
the raster layer data with the Web Client?

create .rrd files, but they are not interchangeable. If you think that
this might be the problem, move the .rrd files to a different directory or

Thanks for your response. I am sure that it is there, but when I try
to import pyqt or pyqt4 I get the standard message about the module
not existing. This is the case both in a normal shell or in the QGIS
Python window.
For visvis, when I try app = vv.use(), the backend is not detected.

Thank you. That is good confirmation.
I had tried to ungroup it, but the result was just about 6 more groups. I
later figured out that I had to do another ungroup to get to the individual
features.

I need to amend an existing shape file by making a line across an existing
polygon. The user manual has a 'capture line' button but I can't find it on
the toolbar.
