Has anyone else found editing object vertices with the node tool in 2.12 to be
very laggy?
For me it doesn't update the screen in real time, if I move the node to a new
location I get no visual feedback until after a couple of seconds when node
abruptly appears in the new location. It is smooth

form, so I don't see any legal problem here.

I've fixed that in SVN trunk, from r9663
.. some of the map tools have
own implementation of deactivate() function and they were not calling
parent QgsMapTool::deactivate() so that's why for some map tools
unsetting was not working properly. I've fixed it in r9664 where I've
found this problem.
