I have 6 files FORTHA_DOC to FORTHF_DOC which appear to be the manual. There is
also FPMATH_DOC which is the manual for the floating point
I have a high quality mono SCSI scanner that can contrast the coloured
paper out.

If this can help, here is the command for ghostscript to merge pdf
files (I use Ubuntu Linux, but I believe it also works in windows)
gs -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -q -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sPAPERSIZE=a4
-sOutputFile=finished.pdf file1.pdf file2.pdf file3,pdf

It would appear that the photocopier in work does rather more
than just photocopy! it has the option to email as .pdf's also!!
Four .pdf's should be sitting in your email inbox, did a quick trial run to
my work email and that seemed to work.
