Is there an existing script that will merge a Mailbox into an existing
Maildir? We're trying to combine two existing servers into one, but one uses
Maildir and the other uses Mailbox. I'd write my own, but just as soon use
an existing one if available

guess) 10-12k with headers. We were maximizing a T1 at about 10 messages
per second. However, the network is now on a T3. With 30x more bandwidth
we'd expect at least 10x more speed :)

read how to do this in the documentation before but I cannot find it again.
