[qmailadmin] qmail-queue-custom-error.patch

This is needed for the --enable-custom-smtp-reject simscan option. Search on google found to my suprise only a few (6) references to the above patch. Found only a reference to it on the simscan pages. This is the only patch I could get my hands on.. https://no-way.org/uploads/6/28/qmail-queue-cu
