It seems you are connecting to your QT server by using private IP (
192.168.x.x). I guess you've whitelisted such IP range from your tcp.smtp

That does not mean you did not create a catchall account. I'd check this
in the qmailadmin console. You should either set it to bounce or delete.

Remember that spamc-user doesn't work per user per say, it works per
e-mail address.
That means if you have any aliases, those aliases will not be party to
any changes made.
For example, [EMAIL PROTECTED] w/ an alias of [EMAIL PROTECTED] If I
modify foo in mysql only, bar will still be stuck on

I followed the installation of squirrelmail sasql plugin... for setting spam
per user prefs on mysql server...
everything works fine..
but when spamd tries to load preferences from mysql it loads the preference
from the user clamav...
probably this is because simscan use this
Looks like both work the same way, as they don't use the triplet.

QMT-ISO is a bootable CD that will format your system and install CentOS
4.4 and then install Qmail-Toaster for you.
I have tested this on 3 different machines here at my office:
