did you have to uninstall the toaster version of clamav and then just install the new rpm? I run on fedora core 6 and I have found the updated rpm for clamav but will it work with toaster then? I am just wondering.. because I would also like to update clamav. thanks for you help in advance

Check your /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp file and check to see if the config is right and then if you have to change something make sure that you do a qmailctl cdb to reload the cdb files.. I had the same problem.. and I had to change mine.. but I'm not sure if I even have mine setup

I have noticed that the spamd service is not running, also I don't see anything in the maillog about simscan scanning the mail. also I don't see anything in the mail headers that shows that it was scanned is there something wrong.. also I don't see the spamd folder in the supervise directory
