I was surfing the web and found two Hosting Control Panel software which
look very promising.
ISPConfig
VHCS
I think I'll get rid of Plesk and switch to either one of them.
I don't like the idea of using open source software for my server.
And the whole does x work with y thing get's obsolete.
Ok. I found it.
The rpms is psa-qmail-1.03-fc2.build75050824.12
Does somebody on this list have experience with Plesk 7.5?
Will the Plesk email administration still work after deinstalling
psa-qmail and reinstalling qmail-toaster?
Thanks!

rpm wouldn't complain of sendmail were installed by hand. If you're
having problems where sendmail is not installed, yet will not remove,
then you probably have a corrupt rpm database.
If you're hosed this early on, you might want to reinstall the OS,

Thanks!

You can try to use this syntax :
#rpm -e --nodeps sendmail
#rpm -e --nodeps qmail
#rpm -e --nodeps another-file-dependencies.
May be still any dependencies from qmail or sendmail.
Then you rebuild and install again your qmail-toaster.
