Remote sender is authenticathing using correct username/password (I

So, it is enabled to send everywhere, not only to local addresses.
If it is someone who stole username/password, change password

Hello all,
I am not understanding what is happening on my server.
A remote server is sending email using a clients email
address. Relaying is allowed as it is a valid email address
but it is not my server!
How does this work? Anyone any ideas please? Id there
a cure?

I have just done qmail toaster install for the first time. I have to admit that I have not used qmail before. I need to all email I send to an external email server for delivery. This is to get around comcast's blacklisting. Can someone point me to the right direction.
