The vet said scorpion stings rarely hurt a dog, but we got the anti-venom and some steriode shot for $200 anyway, to be safe.   I never worried about them, but then think how close this was to me. What if it came up my leg or got in my bed. I'd be laying there blowing at it as hard as I could
