and I've noticed that when I do I sleep even better, I have like a very deep
sleep.

Don't forget an active day. If I'm up and busy all day--especially if I'm
outdoors--I sleep like a baby. At bedtime be sure your room is dark and turn
off the tvs and computers!

the beds are too high and zero room for a Hoyer lift under platform beds. If
you only needed it for an evening wouldn't pillows have sufficed?
