Let me start by saying I am on a ton of spasm medications, so I'm a little
bit different than you. I have been able to get my spasticity down to very
low levels, but occasionally had to have pretty severe leg spasms during
the evenings. We do range of motion twice a day and it still happens, but I
I just turned slightly to the side so that I don't hit the tubing. I have
6'3" and I'm able to do it.

Got my first one about a week ago. I know the sling I got with it isn't
going to work because I'd have to sit on it while in my chair. Before
buying a sling that I think will work I decided to give it a try. When I'm
in the sling, I can't turn facing the hydraul
Not sure if hydraulic fluid comes in different weights like motor oil, but
it's available at most hardware stores. Getting it in the cylinder is
another thing.
Hydraulic cylinders can be bought online, picking the right one might be
tricky. Looking at daltonhydraulic.com, they all look like the
I'm not interested in fixing it but thanks anyway.Bobbie

Yes, as a matter of fact just the other day. I was up and saw a dark spot on
the floor that I never saw before. When I'm in bed the hoyer is stored in that
spot but when I'm up it is under my bed.
What kind of fluid is used? How can I get that fluid stain out of my

i had to replace a .50 cent o-ring in my hoyer lifts pump.
luckily a friend stopped by and did it himself.
what was really weird was he had the o-ring in his pocket. he had no
idea of my problem. like, who the hell walks around with a small o-ring
in their pocket?
