I feel a lot better today and think back and am embarrassed about worrying about such stupid things.

Greg, I do the same thing sometimes not knowing weather i'm hot or cold. Mostly
hot & I have panic attacks. I take Xanac when it happens.

Hi Greg, sorry about the panic attack. I use to have big problems when I would
lie down with breathing. Felt like I could not get a breath at times and it
would lead to panic because of it only making it worse. I can tell you as soon
as I started to have muscular therapy done from a holistic PT
Greg, being in the hospital is like jail for us quads. I'm sorry you have to
feel panicked. If I were you I would get on some anti-anxiety meds or
antidepressants. Also, I keep both a heating pad and a cooling towel by my bed
at night so that I'm covered either way. Do you take Propantheline?
